Amendment 10

Recent conversation with a friend regarding Arizona’s new “Constitutional Carry” law.

Me: (reading from the article)   Forty-five other states require permits for hidden guns, and two states — Illinois and Wisconsin — prohibit them altogether.

Him:   If they can decide their own gun laws, why can’t Arizona choose it’s own health care?

Darn good question, don’t ya think?

Refresher on the Tenth Amendment:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
