AZ Ballot Propositions 2010

This is a work in progress – I’m a bit behind.
First of all – why does everything have to be an amendment to the AZ constitution? I feel a step that extreme should be reserved for very limited, very specific & very drastic.
Second – I am generally a NO on most ballot props, but not this year.
Third – I put my thoughts on a separate page for (slight) formatting control:

Again, it is incomplete, but it is a start. Your comments are welcome.

Well, Dorothy, that was incredibly helpful feedback. I see you have spent a great deal of time researching each of your points and presenting them in a reasonable and thought provoking way.
Or, you know, ya’ just slammed an ad hominem in there which adds no value to any conversation – ever. Why even bother to take the time to comment?

Thanks for doing so much homework to help us out. I have friends call on a regular basis now asking if you have posted yet. I agreed on all but one and I was not sure I understood it, please thank your helpers, I didn’t understand it.
A slurpee and a polling place, great start to a morning!
