You know, I saw this on the news morning show this morning and it disgusted me actually. I have always been a strict manager and I admit, sometimes too strict. Over the years I have really tried to loosen up and be a little more of a boss who is more balanced. But people who are constantly late, not late once in awhile, but constantly late irks the heck out of me! I can’t ever lighten up on that one. It’s my biggest pet peeves. Obama would have been fired long ago if he had worked for me just on attendance issues alone. I think Dr. Phil had this topic on his show once a long time ago and he said people who do this are some of the most selfish self centered personalities. No surprise.
