Signs of the Season

I know summer doesn’t officially start until June 21st, a date I celebrate every year, but I saw my first gecko of the year tonight.
That’s all the reassurance I need – summer is oh-so-near!

    Gecko’s are so entertaining during the summer evenings when they hang out on my bathroom window catching flying bugs attracted to the light from the bathroom.

    That’s where I saw him. 🙂 I love to take my showers at night and watch them hunting. I sometimes set a drop of water dribbling down the pane just to see them chase it.
