David Blaine

I usually don’t pay much attention to David Blaine, I lost all interest in his act when he took to standing on poles and living in glass boxes.
However, D wanted to watch his special last night. I think his review of the hanging-upside-down-catching-a-bullet-death-drop-that-wasn’t-really-a-drop-at-all program just about sums it up.
I liked the card tricks
heh.

Wow – nearly word-for-word what The Mrs. said last night as our seven-year-old inverted himself and we giggled at what a sad shadow of his former self Mr. Blaine has become. He really does need to abandon his hope of being the next Houdini and get on with the great magic that spawned the even more ridiculous imitators like Criss Angel.
    heh
