Mitt Romney Foreign Policy Speech

I have been wanting to write a post in reference to this speech, but have not had the time. However, with the foreign policy debate coming up in a little over an hour, I wanted to post the clip as a reminder that Mitt Romney does have a good grasp of foreign affairs. He will likely do very well against Obama.
