Still Looking

...For a name for my bird.

...For you to respond to my drunk driving sentencing survey.

...For my old friend, Terry Woods.

Not sure about names yet since I don't know her personality. Anything you can tell us about her aside from the fact that she was found? Is she prissy? Friendly? Can she do any tricks?

Already took the survey.

Don't know Terry. Sowy.

How about "Flip"?

I always thought "Arafel" would be a nice bird name, though I don't know many nice birds. My friend Lisa has an obnoxious macaw named Charlie that I swear I'd strangle if he came near me (I'm not alone in that).

Arafel is a faery character in C.J. Cherryh's duology "The Dreamstone" and "Tree of Swords and Jewels."

So far the only suggestion I have gotten from my offline friends for a bird name is "Stupid" - that just doesn't work for me.

Personality...hmmmm. She is very sweet and affectionate, though she can be quite a little diva, too. She gets very pouty and whiny when I don't pay enough attention to her, but if I feed her a Wheat Thin or a peanut she worships me. Goodness, she sounds like a cat ;-)

I dunno about "Arafel"...sounds too much like "ARAfat" and "falaFEL" smashed together....
