AZ Ballot Initiatives 2012
Posted on | October 1, 2012 | No Comments
Plan on dissecting these over the next several days. First question – why do so many of these get introduced as Constitutional amendments rather than statutes? And then, when it turns out the amendment that was passed a year (or 2 or 3) ago was flawed, they amend the Constitution again. And, if it is a complete bollocks, we have to amend the Constitution again to eliminate it. If there ought to be a law, pass a law – don’t keep messin’ with the Arizona Constitution.
