Via Martinis, Persistence and a Smile - Stupid tattoos
I could never get a tattoo, simply because there is nothing I am that sure I want to be saying in 30 years - apparently these people didn't take that into consideration. Throw in the fact that it involves pain and they often look stupid, besides saying things about you that you may not have intended, and there is no way I would get near a needle.
Posted by Vox at January 4, 2007 09:22 AM | humorI think I eventually will get a tattoo, but I have been thinking of it for 10 years and only in the last year have narrowed down what I want and started to contact an artist to do the artwork before getting it on my body so I have an idea in advance. It will cost me an additional couple hundred dollars since I'll be comissioning the art from an artist and then taking it to the shop and getting someone to do it, but if it's something permanent I think it worth the extra care.
