Mickey Hargitay, past Mr Universe and father of Mariska Hargitay, passed away on September 14th.
Here he is with his wife, Mariska's mother, Jayne Mansfield.
He and his second wife did an amazing job of raising those children to be strong, confident and normal after such tragedy in their early lives. She has loads of good family and a gorgeous new baby to bring her some comfort, but I know from watching Mariska talk about her father that her heart must be shattered right now. My heart goes out to the whole family.
