This news surprises me, and not because I saw the show and liked it. I actually meant to watch it and forgot.
What surprises me is that they felt the show was worthy of a pilot, but not worthy of a second show. Either it was so bad it should never have gotten the green, or it deserved a decent shot at getting some footing.
Of course, I do like to watch Heather Graham on screen, so maybe it's just sour grapes.
