This is bad news, and bad precedent ~ taxes based on where your computer connects, not where you work. The article doesn't mention whether he paid income tax on the income in Tennessee or not, he should pay it somewhere. (OK, I despise the whole income tax system, but it is the law and should therefore be followed or changed, not ignored or scammed)
Do you think they are just trying to come up with a way to get (more) taxes from jobs that have gone overseas? And, of course, screwing us as well.
