I have found that no matter how hard you try to pretend you don't know what day it is, no matter how much you try to blame your mood on hormones, when your heart is hurting there is no avoiding the truth.

My daughter left very much the way she came - quietly and unexpectedly. I never got to hear her cry, I have no memories of her life, when I held her she was already gone. I have nothing but broken dreams and the hope that was destroyed that day.

Those of you who believe in God would have a hard time convincing me, especially in light of the day and others like it in my life.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss.

That's one of the hardest questions Christians ever have to face, and there are no easy answers. The best explanation I've seen is that once we were cast from the Garden of Eden, we've lived in an imperfect world where bad things happen. When that happens, one can either blame God or lean on God. (And yes, Christians get mad at God sometimes, too!)

Sorry, now isn't the time; as always, Miss Vox, I'm more than willing to share, but I want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sweetie I had no idea. I'm sorry for the loss. I know nothing anybody can say can take away the pain but just know I'm here if you need ANYTHING.
