It is so simple to do and could save your life. It isn't a statement it's a safety issue. It could keep your loved ones from having to say goodbye too soon.
Posted by Vox at January 14, 2005 10:49 AM | generalya know, I have always been a seat belt person and always make sure my passengers wear them. They save lives big time. Just look at the whole Princess Diana thing... one man is alive today from that car... he was the only one who wore a seat belt.
That snopes link reminds me of Gary Busey. Wasn't he all up in arms about the helmet law? Then not long after he got into a big time accident without his helmet. That accident screwed up his head too and he was very lucky to have survived. I bet he wears one all the time since then.
