It's a pretty entertaining read, but the guy doesn't really understand liberals very well. When a socially liberal Republican says he thinks Bush is better for the war on terrorism than Kerry, the basic response is to ask if he believes whether Saddam Hussein and Iraq had anything to do with the war on terrorism.

If he insists on believing that Saddam was hoarding weapons of mass destruction and plotted with Al Qaeda, there's little than can be done. But if he can admit the truth, then it's possible to have a discussion about whether the massive diversion of U.S. resources and the great cost in U.S. lives in Iraq, instead of going after Osama bin Laden, was the right thing to do.
